Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to gather comprehensive medical histories.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and exams.
• Conduct clinical procedures as appropriate.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessments and test results.
• Document clinical care accurately and code medical procedures per office protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records.
• Provide patient education and support throughout care processes.

Requirements

• Current Florida license as a Certified Nurse Midwife or APRN with active Florida licensure.
