We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a background in Emergency Medicine to join a busy Urgent Care Clinic in Rural Oklahoma. Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services in a high-volume clinic setting.
• Manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
• Work a schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off.
• Perform assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and standards of care.

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on productivity (wRVU model).
• RVUs and sign-on bonus negotiable.
• Tuition reimbursement available.
• Additional income through CME allowance.
• Tax status: 1099.

Shift & Schedule

• Work schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off.
• Schedule days are variable.

Requirements

• Current PA-C or FNP certification.
• Background in Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Experience in ER, EMT, or RN in emergency settings is acceptable for new grads.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Oklahoma.
• Willingness to work variable schedule days.
