A full-time CRNA position at a general medical and surgical hospital in Reidsville, GA, offering a low-stress, outpatient-focused environment with no call, weekends, or holidays. The role involves providing anesthesia services primarily for elective procedures, with a supportive team and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for elective surgical procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a care team in a stable, friendly work environment.
• Manage anesthesia cases across multiple specialties including orthopedics, spine, and sports medicine.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Precept anesthesia students as appropriate.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, low-stress clinical environment.

Compensation

• Up to $250,000 base salary.
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000.
• OT rate of $175/hour.
• Additional income through profit sharing and CME allowance.
