MaineHealth - Pen Bay and Waldo Hospital is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join the regional Women's Health practice serving coastal Maine communities. The role involves providing comprehensive pregnancy, gynecologic, family planning, and preventive care services in a collaborative environment supported by advanced technology and integrated electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide pregnancy care, including prenatal, postpartum, and infertility counseling.
• Manage gynecologic conditions such as abnormal bleeding, fibroids, and endometriosis.
• Offer family planning services, including birth control counseling and prescriptions.
• Conduct preventive care, including physical exams, cancer screenings, and STI testing and treatment.
• Address menstrual problems, perimenopause, menopause, and sexual health counseling.
• Support breastfeeding and incontinence management.
• Collaborate with support staff and seasoned providers in a team-based setting.
• Utilize fully integrated Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
