Logan Health Primary Care in Eureka, Montana, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide outpatient care across all ages. Compensation

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited program with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS), Master of Health Science (MHS), Master of Science (MMSc), or Master of Public Health (MPH).
  • Current certification and licensure as a Family Medicine APP (NP or PA) in Montana or eligible for licensure.
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rural setting.
  • Commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to participate in a variable schedule with call responsibilities.
  • Experience in outpatient primary care preferred but not required.
  • Valid DEA license and ability to obtain Montana state licensure.
