Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join OB/GYN of Erie, a full-scope practice serving Erie County. The role involves providing obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries, in a hospital-affiliated setting with a supportive team and modern facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care to patients.
• Perform approximately 60 deliveries per month.
• Manage a patient panel of 20-25 patients daily during clinic hours.
• Participate in 24-hour call shifts 1-2 times per week.
• Utilize in-house ultrasound, mammography, bone density, and laboratory services.
• Collaborate with a team of OB/GYNs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation.
• Contribute to patient education and counseling.

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule with 8-hour clinic days.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) credential from AMCB.
• Graduate of an ACNM-accredited nurse-midwifery program.
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN).
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state.
• CPR and NALS certifications.
• Current or ability to obtain an unrestricted DEA license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
