Community Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care. The role involves managing patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers a flexible schedule with no on-call responsibilities and is suitable for candidates with urgent care or emergency department experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient family medicine setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease management.
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and buddy taping.
• Work collaboratively within a team-based care model.
• Treat 20-30 patients per shift in urgent care settings.

Requirements
