Community Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care. The role involves managing patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient family medicine setting.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease management.
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and buddy taping.
- Work collaboratively within a team-based care model.
- Treat 20-30 patients per shift in urgent care settings.

Requirements
