Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including general, GI, obstetrics, neuro, spine, and bariatric cases.
• Practice at the top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and advanced practice providers across multiple sites.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care during anesthesia administration.
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols for anesthesia practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation with a W-2 employment model.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• NCCAA board eligibility or certification required.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted DEA license in Florida prior to employment.
• Experience with obstetric anesthesia; pediatric experience desirable but not required.
• Proficiency in a diverse mix of anesthesia cases including neuro/spine and bariatric procedures.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Current licensure and certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including 8, 10, 16, and 24-hour shifts.
