We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a primary care role in northern New Hampshire. The provider will manage a panel of approximately 300 patients, assist with urgent care visits, and work with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of approximately 300 primary care patients.
• Assist with urgent care visits as needed.
• Provide autonomous clinical care within the scope of practice.
• Work with a flexible schedule, potentially 4/10s or less than 40 hours per week.
