Responsibilities

• Perform operating room duties, including first assist for Nurse Practitioners with prior surgical experience
• Conduct inpatient rounding
• Manage clinic appointments and patient care
• Participate in surgical procedures as part of the care team
• Collaborate with neurosurgery team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development

Compensation

• Sign-on bonus of $20,000
• Compensation model includes a 1099 tax status

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8-hour daytime shifts

Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in Pennsylvania
• Nurse Practitioners must have prior first assist experience
