We are seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife to join our private practice in Virginia Beach, VA. The provider will deliver comprehensive OB-GYN services, including in-office procedures, working alongside a board-certified OB-GYN physician and a team of nurse practitioners. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules with no evenings or weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full scope of OB-GYN services to patients, including in-office procedures.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships with a focus on excellent bedside manner.
• Collaborate with the OB-GYN physician and healthcare team to deliver coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice protocols.
• Manage patient follow-up and coordinate care as needed.
• Maintain current licensure and board certification in accordance with state requirements.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation (W-2 employment).

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Daytime hours; no evenings or weekends required.
• Flexible full-time or part-time options, including 2-5 days per week.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of women’s health clinical experience; new graduates are not considered.
• Current state licensure as an NP, PA, or CNM in Virginia.
• Board certification in relevant specialty (if applicable).
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in OB-GYN procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to accommodate full-time or part-time schedules.
• Must love building patient relationships and providing compassionate care.
