The Director of Operations at Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) oversees the daily management of the early intervention day treatment program for children with special needs. The role involves leading clinical, educational, and administrative functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care for children from birth to Kindergarten, with summer expansion to elementary school-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational aspects including medical, clinical, educational, and fiscal functions.
• Ensure all services are delivered professionally and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and retention of staff across administrative, transportation, treatment, and clinical roles.
• Coordinate staff development and training to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and referral development initiatives.
• Monitor outcomes data for quality improvement and ensure documentation compliance for billing and regulatory purposes.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment providing high-quality care to children and fostering positive relationships with families.

Requirements

• Active APRN license to practice in Arkansas.
