St. Agnes Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) to join the anesthesia department. The role involves providing medically directed anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures at both the hospital and outpatient surgery center, supporting a collaborative work environment with a focus on work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically directed anesthesia for surgical cases including general, orthopedic, ENT, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, and podiatry.
• Deliver anesthesia services at St. Agnes Hospital and the Fond du Lac Surgery Center.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, CRNAs, and AAs in a collegial environment.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and patient care planning.
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and standards of practice.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient surgical environment.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE).
• No call or on-call duties required.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA or AA.
• Ability to provide medically directed anesthesia services.
• Experience with a variety of surgical procedures preferred.
