Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking full-time Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAA) to join a multidisciplinary anesthesia team. The role involves providing anesthesia care across multiple hospital campuses with a diverse case mix, including trauma, endoscopy, cath lab, labor and delivery, MRI, and interventional radiology. Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists and CRNAs in delivering anesthesia care across various clinical settings.
• Participate in anesthesia procedures for a wide range of cases, including trauma, endoscopy, cath lab, and labor and delivery.
• Manage anesthesia documentation and patient monitoring using EPIC EMR system.
• Provide preoperative assessment and postoperative care as part of the anesthesia team.
• Participate in call coverage as needed, with some call requirements.
• Engage in a 4-6 week mentorship and orientation program for new staff.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care quality.
• Optionally participate in call team to enhance work/life balance.

Compensation

• Salary range from $180,000 to $280,000 annually, based on experience and incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $20,000.
