US Anesthesia Partners is seeking full-time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants for nocturnist roles in the Greater Houston area. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia support as part of a multidisciplinary team at Memorial Hermann Northeast and other facilities.
• Cover scheduled shifts during night or hybrid (day/night) rotations, with flexible scheduling options.
• Ensure patient safety and deliver anesthesia care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all institutional policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.

Compensation

• Base salary of approximately $270,000 per year.
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000 or $50,000 student loan repayment assistance.
• Additional income opportunities include profit sharing and premium pay for overtime or additional shifts.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA).
