An outpatient Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) position in a primary care clinic within a community hospital in northwest Oregon. Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in a 100% outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an NP or PA.
• Current licensure or certification to practice as an NP or PA in Oregon.
