Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Bilingual Physician Assistant (English/Spanish) to provide primary care services in a collaborative, value-based environment in San Antonio, TX. The full-time role offers a predictable Monday through Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development, with no night or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Shift & Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Day shifts with no nights or weekends
  • Full clinical support staff on-site
  • Predictable schedule with no call requirements

Requirements

  • Physician Assistant degree from an accredited medical school
  • Current medical license in Texas or ability to obtain prior to start
  • DEA certification or ability to obtain
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Willingness to work full-time hours during weekdays
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
