Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Bilingual Physician Assistant (English/Spanish) to provide primary care services in a collaborative, value-based environment in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations
• Conduct preventive, acute, and chronic care visits within a value-based care model
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a bilingual setting
• Participate in team-based care to improve patient outcomes

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Day shifts with no nights or weekends
• Full clinical support staff on-site

Requirements

• Physician Assistant degree from an accredited medical school
• Current medical license in Texas or ability to obtain prior to start
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Willingness to work full-time hours during weekdays
