Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, MS, is seeking full-time Advanced Practice Clinicians (NPs or PAs) to join the hospitalist team. The position offers a 7-on/7-off schedule in a fast-paced inpatient setting, with a competitive hourly rate and hospital employment benefits. Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care as part of the hospitalist team in a 211-bed hospital.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a hospital setting.
• Participate in shift coverage on a 7-on/7-off schedule, including night shifts.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain current licensure and stay updated on clinical best practices.
• Support a team-oriented, high-performance inpatient environment.

Compensation

• $69 per hour (W-2 employment).
• Hourly rate of $69, with no mention of additional bonuses or incentives.

Requirements
