A regional health system is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) with experience in Internal Medicine to join a progressive group. The role involves managing scheduled and same-day adult patients within a supportive team of physicians, offering a balanced schedule and comprehensive benefits. The position provides an opportunity to work in a friendly community with access to outdoor recreation and good schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduled and same-day adult patients in an Internal Medicine setting
• Build and maintain a patient panel within a team of 11 physicians
• Provide patient care with a focus on adult medicine
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care
• See approximately 14-18 adult patients daily
• Work a 4-day schedule
• Participate in a supportive clinical environment with full onsite services
• Maintain professional standards and documentation

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $60.00 and $70.00, based on experience and qualifications
• Additional income opportunities include profit sharing, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, and relocation support

Requirements

• Experience in Internal Medicine (preferred 5 years)
• Licensed or eligible to practice as a PA or NP
• Ability to manage a patient panel and provide comprehensive adult care

• Experience with scheduled and same-day patient visits
• Comfortable working in a collaborative clinical setting
• Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records
