Envision is seeking an experienced full-time OB Nighthawk CRNA/AA to join Winnie Palmer Hospital. The role involves providing anesthesia for emergency women's surgeries and obstetrics, with a schedule of seven 12-hour night shifts every three weeks. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for emergency women's surgeries and obstetric procedures.
• Provide anesthesia care during night shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
• Participate in shift trades and coordinate coverage with colleagues.
• Maintain certification and credentialing requirements for practice at multiple facilities.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and CME activities.

Compensation

• Salary plus night shift stipends, with additional incentives such as productivity bonuses and CME allowances.

Shift & Schedule

• Work seven 12-hour night shifts every three weeks.

Requirements

• Certification as a CRNA or Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA).
• Experience in obstetric anesthesia and emergency women's care surgeries preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in shift trades.

• Current licensure and credentialing eligibility in the practice location.
