This is a contract position scheduled from April onward, involving endoscopic and hand surgery cases in an independent setting. The role requires working three days per week, with shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, and offers an initial credentialing period of approximately two weeks. The contract is initially for three months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopic and hand surgery procedures in an independent clinical setting.
• Maintain adherence to scheduled shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, three days per week.
• Complete credentialing process within approximately two weeks prior to start.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with surgical team members and support staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical protocols and standards.
• Document procedures and patient interactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and improvement activities.

Compensation

• Payment model: Other (1099 independent contractor).

Shift & Schedule

• Three shifts per week, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Schedule days are variable within the week.
• No call responsibilities required.

Requirements

• Valid medical license and appropriate board certifications for endoscopy and hand surgery.
• Experience performing endoscopic and hand surgical procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a clinical setting.
• Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability to start in April and commit to the initial 3-month contract.
• Credentialing eligibility and ability to complete credentialing within two weeks.
