MyMichigan Midland Family Medicine-Campus Ridge is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their outpatient team as an Access APP in Midland, Michigan. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care services in a 100% outpatient setting with a four-day work week, focusing on patient exams, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and diagnose and treat illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Provide counseling on preventive health measures.
• Prescribe and manage medications and immunizations appropriately.
• Follow patients through all stages of life, from newborns to geriatrics.
• Manage a smaller patient panel with a mix of acute visits.
• Participate in onboarding and mentorship programs.

Compensation

• Salary commensurate with experience.
• W-2 employment tax status.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time, four-day work week.
• Variable schedule days.
• No call required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current BLS certification approved by AHA.
• Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.
• Ability to perform physical exams and diagnose common illnesses.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Willingness to work a four-day outpatient schedule.
• Credentialing through MyMichigan Health required.
