Envision Healthcare is seeking a full-time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for an outpatient role at The Surgery Center at Jensen Beach, Florida. The position offers a competitive salary, incentive opportunities, and a $75,000 start date bonus. The role involves working in a hospital-based outpatient setting with no weekend or call responsibilities, providing anesthesia services across various specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in outpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties including General, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Gastroenterology, Pain Management, and Podiatry.
• Manage anesthesia cases in 3 operating rooms and 1 treatment room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
• Adhere to hospital and clinic policies, safety protocols, and standards of care.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Work scheduled weekdays from Monday to Friday, dayshift, with no on-call duties.
• Contribute to a team-oriented outpatient surgical environment.

Compensation

• Up to $217,000 annual salary, with potential incentive earnings.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000.
• Additional income opportunities through incentives and CME allowances.
• W-2 employment status.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA).
• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a CAA in Florida.
• Previous experience in outpatient surgical settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring.
