A full-time, permanent Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner position is available in northern Wisconsin. Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services as the sole healthcare provider in the community

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to northern Wisconsin
• Must be able to work standard daytime hours, Monday to Friday
• No on-call responsibilities required
