Lee Health is seeking a Pain Management Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join their inpatient team at HealthPark Medical Center in Cape Coral, Florida. The role involves providing care to pain patients in a busy hospital setting, with the potential to float between locations. The position offers a flexible schedule transitioning to four 10-hour days, including a Saturday, and is open to new graduates with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pain management care to patients, including those in interventional radiology or orthopedics.
• Work as part of the multidisciplinary pain management team.
• Float between hospital locations as needed based on patient care demands.
• Follow established protocols and collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
