Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette is seeking a Clinician I (Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant) to provide reproductive health services at the Ontario Health Center. The role involves delivering comprehensive gynecological, contraceptive, STI, and abortion care, including ultrasound and medication abortion procedures, to a diverse patient population. Compensation

  • Hourly wage range from $61.05 to $88.94, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Sign-on bonus of $5,000 ($3,000 during first month, $2,000 after one year).
  • Relocation assistance of $10,000.
  • Additional income includes bilingual premium pay of $1.69/hour, loan repayment options, and referral incentives.

Shift & Schedule

  • Schedule may include occasional evenings, weekends, or flexible hours as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited program meeting state licensure requirements for Advanced Practice Clinicians in Oregon and/or Washington.
  • Current national certification or Medicare number.
  • Eligibility to pursue prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Professional, positive attitude with effective teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at all PPCW locations if float or per diem.
  • Fluency in a second language, evidenced by passing an internal exam (if applicable).
  • Experience in reproductive health, gynecology, or primary care preferred.
  • Ability to perform procedures including pelvic exams, IUC insertions/removals, and ultrasound.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or after-hours emergency call.
