The Wound Care Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant will provide wound care services in long-term care facilities within the Wilmington, OH area. The role involves weekly facility rounds, diagnosis, and treatment of wound conditions, with no evening or weekend commitments. Compensation

  • Uncapped W-2 earning potential, directly related to provider availability, documentation, patient encounters, and facilities covered.
  • Projected annual salary of $215,000 to $225,000 for full-time providers.
  • Compensation model includes salary plus incentives.

  • DEA license required.
  • Valid driver license.

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn wound care procedures; training provided if needed.
