Physician Assistant - Orthopedics

This full-time Physician Assistant position in orthopedics is based in Odessa, Midland, or Lubbock, Texas. The role involves patient care for orthopedic conditions, including injections, pre- and post-operative management, and routine follow-up, with a focus on musculoskeletal treatment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic joint injections, trigger point injections, and joint injections
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care
• Assist with consultation, follow-up, and medical decision-making
• Gather data, document, and facilitate transitions of care
• Reassess patients, manage acute visits, and monitor tests
• Support patient follow-up and medical management
• See an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, with adjustments based on patient needs
• Work with a team supported by clinical assistants and administrative staff

Compensation

• $130,000+ starting base salary, depending on experience
• Salary range up to $170,000 with incentives
