Advanced Pediatrics is seeking energetic Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide pediatric care across multiple locations. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating children from infancy through adolescence within a supportive, collaborative environment. Providers will work closely with specialists and participate in pediatric teaching programs, contributing to comprehensive family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients across a wide age range.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in pediatric teaching programs and maintain clinical competencies.
• Build strong, caring relationships with patients and their families.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Stay current with pediatric care guidelines and certifications.
• Occasionally work on Saturdays as part of a 4-day workweek schedule.
• Maintain required certifications including CPR or PALS.

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $45 and $60, based on experience and qualifications.
• W-2 employment tax status.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Colorado PA or NP license.
• Current national certification in respective discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric clinical experience (3-5 years preferred).
• Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
• Current CPR or PALS certification.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including occasional Saturday mornings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
