We are seeking Board-Certified Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and Anesthesia Assistants to join a private, independent anesthesia group in Las Vegas. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across various surgical and procedural settings in a hospital or surgical center environment.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and anesthesia assistants to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery.
• Maintain high clinical standards and adhere to best practices in anesthesia management.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the anesthesia team.
• Stay current with advancements in anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols.
• Work approximately every 5th night on call, with no in-house call required.
• Engage in professional development and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills.

Compensation

• $500,000 annual salary
• Salary plus incentives

Requirements

• Board certification in Anesthesiology or certification as a CRNA or Anesthesia Assistant.
