This is a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital, managed by West Broad Anesthesia. The role involves providing anesthesia services within a medical supervision model, with flexible scheduling options and a focus on outpatient procedures. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia under medical supervision for outpatient procedures.
• Collaborate with residents and anesthesia staff during training and clinical duties.
• Provide backup coverage during scheduled call days, including weekends and holidays.
• Manage anesthesia cases efficiently, working until procedures are completed.
• Participate in training and educational activities for residents and SRNAs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient safety throughout anesthesia care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.
• Work flexible shifts, either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.

Compensation

• $270,000 to $320,000 annual salary based on experience
• Sign-on bonus of $20,000
• Paid W-2 employment
• Extra pay available for working on days off if desired

Shift & Schedule

• Average weekly hours are approximately 32-36, paid for 40

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA.
• Ability to work independently within a supervision model.
• Experience with outpatient anesthesia procedures preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage anesthesia cases efficiently and safely.
• Willingness to participate in training and educational activities.
• No requirement for OB, trauma, or certain subspecialties unless desired.
• Ability to work approximately 32-36 hours per week, paid for 40.
• Must be comfortable with at-home call responsibilities.
