Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Physician Assistant certified in Occupational Medicine to provide a range of services including physical exams, medical surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, DOT services, injury prevention, X-rays, and laboratory testing. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in various practice settings across the region.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, medical surveillance, and injury prevention services.
• Conduct drug and alcohol testing, including Department of Transportation (DOT) testing.
• Order and interpret X-rays and laboratory tests.
• Provide clinical care in diverse occupational medicine settings.
• Participate in patient education and health promotion activities.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and services.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Physician Assistant Certification and License.
• Passion for occupational medicine and clinical work.
• Experience in occupational medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call responsibilities and holiday coverage if required.
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests.
