Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Physician Assistant certified in Occupational Medicine to provide a range of services including physical exams, medical surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, DOT services, injury prevention, X-rays, and laboratory testing. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in various practice settings across the region.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical exams, medical surveillance, and injury prevention services.
- Conduct drug and alcohol testing, including Department of Transportation (DOT) testing.
- Order and interpret X-rays and laboratory tests.
- Provide clinical care in diverse occupational medicine settings.
- Participate in patient education and health promotion activities.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and services.

Shift & Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Day shift hours.

Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania Physician Assistant Certification and License.
- Passion for occupational medicine and clinical work.
- Experience in occupational medicine preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Flexibility to participate in on-call responsibilities and holiday coverage if required.
