US Anesthesia Partners – Gulf Coast is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join the care team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. The role involves providing anesthesia services across a diverse case mix in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases including cardiac, pulmonary, vascular, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, neurological, orthopedic, urology, and trauma surgeries.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality anesthesia services.
- Meet hospital credentialing and licensure requirements for assigned facilities.
- Participate in preoperative assessments and patient management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance standards.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development activities.
Compensation
- Base salary of $190,000 annually.
- Sign-on bonus of $30,000.
