Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general, obstetric, vascular, thoracic, neuro, and endoscopic procedures (excluding cardiac surgeries).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery.
• Work scheduled shifts primarily during daytime hours, with call responsibilities as required.
• Participate in a flexible 1 Week On/1 Week Off schedule option.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and anesthesia standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through the TeamHealth Institute education platform.
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.

Compensation

• Base salary range: $213,000 - $235,000, depending on experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements
