USAP Texas South is seeking full-time and PRN Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants in San Antonio, Texas. The role offers clinical variety across multiple case types, a competitive salary starting at $200,000, sign-on bonuses up to $75,000, and opportunities for additional income through incentives. Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care in diverse clinical settings including GI, L&D, General, Colorectal, Robotics, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, OB, Orthopedics, and Spine cases.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Complete hospital credentialing requirements and adhere to American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants guidelines.
  • Participate in scheduled shifts, with flexibility for additional shifts to maximize earnings.
  • Support patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented, supportive clinical environment.

Compensation

  • Starting salary of $200,000 minimum.
  • Sign-On Bonus options of $50,000 to $75,000.
  • Additional income opportunities through performance, productivity, call, and weekend bonuses.
  • W-2 employment status with tax withholdings.
