Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Manage a diverse patient panel, including military patients under the USFHP Plan.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Utilize on-site labs and diagnostic services to support patient management.
• Participate in growth opportunities such as teaching and mentoring future advanced practice clinicians.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and standards.
• Engage in patient education and health promotion activities.
• Work flexible schedules, typically 4-5 days per week.

Compensation

• $126,734 to $165,555 annually
• Compensation is value-based and may include a sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance

Requirements
