The Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant provides age-appropriate anesthesia care under the supervision of a physician anesthesiologist. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during procedures, conducting pre- and post-anesthetic evaluations, and supporting educational activities for residents and students. Requirements

  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and age-specific patient care principles.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, clinical assessment, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and data entry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours, with reliable transportation.
