The Family Practice Medical Provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) will deliver comprehensive primary care services within a Federally Qualified Health Center, serving diverse populations in western Massachusetts. The role involves providing quality medical care, coordinating patient services, and supporting community health initiatives under supervision, with a focus on integrated, whole-person care.

Responsibilities

Requirements
