Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking an Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) to join a team managing a broad range of anesthesia cases, excluding trauma, obstetrics, open heart, and liver procedures. The role offers a daytime schedule with 12-hour shifts, no night or weekday call, and a collaborative work environment with CRNAs, AAs, and MDAs. Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of anesthesia care across various surgical cases, excluding trauma, OB, open heart, and liver procedures.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and MDAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage anesthesia procedures during scheduled 12-hour daytime shifts.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records and patient information.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and internal CEU opportunities.
• Support a collegial team environment focused on patient safety and quality care.

Compensation
