Join a mission-driven healthcare team at Rosebud Indian Health Service Hospital as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), providing comprehensive women's health services in a rural, underserved community. This outpatient role involves managing low-risk deliveries, antenatal and postnatal care, gynecology, family planning, and STD/HIV treatment, with support from a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Manage low-risk deliveries, antenatal, and postnatal care for patients.
• Provide gynecological services and family planning options, including hormonal methods, IUDs, implants, and barrier methods.
• Diagnose and treat STD/HIV infections.
• Collaborate with emergency services for urgent cases, without performing surgical duties.
• Utilize the RPMS electronic health record system for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in shared call schedule during evenings and weekends for low-risk deliveries and SANE exams.
• Coordinate with support staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, case managers, and other specialists.
• Contribute to a team offering additional services such as lab, imaging, behavioral health, and telehealth.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Science in Registered Nursing (MSRN).
• Board certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
