Corewell Health is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) to join the pediatric anesthesia team at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia support for pediatric patients in a hospital setting.
• Work within a collaborative practice model with anesthesia providers.
• Participate in elective call shifts for additional compensation (call not required).
• Adhere to established anesthesia protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain certification and licensure requirements.
• Contribute to a team focused on patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Support the anesthesia team in preoperative and intraoperative care as needed.

Compensation

• Annual base salary of USD 285,000.
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000 for a three-year commitment.
• Relocation allowance of up to $12,000.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Master of Science in Anesthesiology (MSA) or Master of Medical Science degree.
• Certification from the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA) upon hire.
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, current within 90 days.
• American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, current within 90 days.
• Licensure and/or certification in the relevant specialty area.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and professional skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
