This position involves performing a variety of surgical cases including general, ENT, GYN, neuro, eyes, ortho, urology, and endoscopy. Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures across multiple specialties including general, ENT, GYN, neuro, eyes, ortho, urology, and endoscopy.
• Manage patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide consultation and support to referring physicians as needed.
• Stay current with advances in surgical techniques and clinical practices.

Compensation

• $245,000 base salary starting October 1st
• $2,000 additional for each year of experience up to 10 years
• Sign-on bonus of $5,000
• Overtime opportunities available
• 2% annual salary increase with no cap
• Additional income from profit sharing and CME allowance up to $2,100

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with appropriate surgical specialty certification.
• Board certification or eligibility in relevant surgical disciplines.
• Current medical license in the practicing state.
• Experience performing a variety of surgical procedures, including endoscopy.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 5-8 or 4-10 hour shifts.
• PRN availability preferred but not required.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic medical records systems.
