Erlanger Children's Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the C-HEAL team, focusing on comprehensive care for children with obesity and related conditions. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with obesity and related co-morbidities.
• Manage chronic health conditions and monitor patient progress over time.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to implement evidence-based protocols.
• Collect, document, and analyze patient data to inform care decisions.
• Participate in health screening programs for children, adolescents, and adults, including protocol development for high-risk individuals.
• Engage in community and corporate health education following the Michigan Model of Comprehensive Health Education.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health, lifestyle, and preventive care.
• Adhere to policies and procedures related to growth, development, and age-specific patient needs.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice nursing in Tennessee or eligible for licensure within three months of hire.
