We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or fellowship-trained neonatal Physician Assistant to join a growing neonatal care team in Portland. This inpatient role involves rotating 12- or 24-hour shifts within two Level III NICUs, supporting a high-volume delivery service with over 7,500 deliveries annually. Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient neonatal care in a high-volume Level III NICU setting.
• Participate in rounding, first assist procedures, and line placements.
• Collaborate with a team of Neonatologists and Nurse Practitioners.
• Manage patient care during rotating 12- or 24-hour shifts.
• Contribute to the care of over 7,500 deliveries annually.
• Perform procedures and assist in high-acuity neonatal cases.
• Support the multidisciplinary team in delivering quality neonatal care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

• Current licensure and certification as required for advanced practice providers.
