Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care as part of a team-based anesthesia care model.
• Participate in on-call duties from home, with a low callback rate of approximately 10%.
• Manage anesthesia cases efficiently within the assigned schedule.
• Coordinate with the anesthesia team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Respond to call requests as needed, primarily from home.
• Work approximately 1 in 4 weekends or on-call shifts, as scheduled.
• Adhere to all institutional and regulatory standards for anesthesia practice.

Compensation

• $250,000 - $300,000 salary range
