Envision Healthcare is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) for HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, Florida. The role offers a competitive salary range, a $75,000 start date bonus with a three-year commitment, and a flexible schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities. The position involves working in a well-equipped surgical environment with a variety of cases, supporting a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia support for general, orthopedic, gynecological, podiatry, and endoscopy procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers.
• Manage anesthesia cases in 4 operating rooms and 1 procedure room.
• Work 10-hour shifts, typically scheduled Monday through Friday, with no call duties.
• Participate in approximately 3,500 cases annually.
• Work a flexible schedule with 2 weeks on and 1 week off, with opportunities for additional shifts to increase income.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Support perioperative patient care and anesthesia management.

Compensation

• $195,000 to $235,000 annual salary.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000 for a 3-year commitment.

• Compensation paid via W-2 salary.

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) certification.
