We are seeking full-time Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) to join our anesthesia team at HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, and Cape Coral Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. The role involves providing anesthesia services across a diverse caseload, including pediatric, cardiac, obstetric, and general cases, with opportunities for clinical specialization and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists in delivering anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and procedural cases.
• Participate in anesthesia procedures for pediatric, cardiac, obstetric, and general surgeries.
• Provide anesthesia support during labor and delivery procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient status.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence.
• Support call coverage as required, with variable schedule and call duties.

Compensation

• Starting salary at $210,000, with additional incentives including up to a $30,000 stipend for dual specialty certification (e.g., Pediatric or Cardiac), and $17,500 for single specialty.
• Additional compensation for call duties, daily shift premiums, and performance bonuses.
• Sign-on bonuses of $25,000, $50,000, or $90,000 available.
• Profit sharing with immediate 401(k) matching contributions.
• Relocation assistance available for candidates moving over 100 miles.

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) credential or equivalent.
• Current licensure or certification to practice in Florida.
