Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and procedural cases, including complex cardiothoracic, pediatric, regional, and obstetric procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and other anesthesia providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in perioperative patient management, including preoperative assessment and postoperative care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
• Adhere to hospital credentialing and licensure requirements.
• Support a care team model with staffing ratios ranging from 1:2 to 1:4 depending on case complexity.
• Contribute to a high-volume practice performing over 50,000 anesthetics annually across multiple facilities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.

Compensation

• Starting salary at $210,000 with potential to earn up to $400,000 based on incentives and call pay.
• Sign-on bonus of $90,000.
• Additional compensation for call shifts and daily shift premiums.

Requirements
