Women’s Cancer Care Associates (WCCA), in partnership with St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their gynecologic oncology practice in Albany, NY. The role involves a mix of inpatient hospital rounding and outpatient clinic responsibilities, working closely with a small team of physicians and advanced practitioners in a patient-centered environment that offers advanced surgical and systemic treatments for gynecologic cancers.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospital rounding at St. Peter's Hospital.
• Manage outpatient care at the WCCA clinic located at 319 S. Manning Blvd, Albany.
• Collaborate with a team of three physicians and two advanced practitioners to deliver coordinated gynecologic oncology care.
• Assist with advanced gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures.
• Administer on-site chemotherapy and systemic therapies.
• Support palliative care and survivorship programs.
• Participate in patient education and personalized treatment planning.
• Engage in in-office training and responsibilities as part of the clinical team.

Compensation

• Base salary between $130,000 and $150,000, commensurate with experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $5,000.
• Relocation assistance of $5,000 (if applicable).

Requirements

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York State.
• Board certification in respective discipline.
• DEA certification.
• Prior experience in women’s health, oncology, or surgical specialties preferred.
