Nurse Practitioner

A full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position in outpatient concierge medicine located in Bradenton, FL. The role involves providing primary care to adult and geriatric patients, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning, within a community-focused, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient exams and assessments for adult and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose medical conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-15 patients per day.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR system for documentation and record-keeping.
• Participate in optional call duties as desired.
• Contribute to a patient-centered, community-focused practice environment.
• Maintain board certification and stay current with clinical best practices.

Compensation

• $130,000 to $145,000 annual salary.
• Performance bonus potential.
• W-2 employment status.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Florida licensure or eligibility to apply for licensure.
• Experience or knowledge of value-based care models preferred.
• Strong patient-centered approach and ability to work within a team.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to manage a moderate patient volume efficiently.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically eClinicalWorks.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
• Availability to start ASAP.
• Minimum of a DNP or MSN/MSRN degree.
